Maura Nespoli

Maura Nespoli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. She's currently working at the Prysmian Group, where they hold the position of VP of Sales for Renewable Energy and Sustainable Solutions, Power Distribution North America. Prior to this, they also served as the VP of Sales for Innovative and Sustainable Products and Chief of Sustainability for North America at the same company. Maura's career at Prysmian Group began in 2018, where they initially joined as VP of HR and held this position until 2021.

In addition to their role at Prysmian Group, Maura is also a Board Member of the Electric Utility Industry Sustainable Supply Chain Alliance (EUISSCA), starting from 2021.

Maura's work experience includes a stint at AstraZeneca, where they held various positions in the HR and Strategy departments from 2013 to 2018. At AstraZeneca, they held roles such as Head of HR, Global Medical Affairs, and Global Commercial Excellence, as well as Head of Strategy Global Medical Affairs.

Prior to AstraZeneca, Maura worked at EY as an HR Development Director from 2012 to 2013 and at McDonald's Europe Ltd. as a Corporate & Staff HR Manager in Italy from 2010 to 2012. Maura also has experience at Vodafone as an HR Manager and as an HR Business Partner from 2007 to 2010.

Early in their career, Maura worked at McKinsey & Company as a Consultant from 2005 to 2007 and at Aims International Italia as a Senior Consultant from 2003 to 2005. Maura began their professional journey at ANTISI as a Consultant from 2000 to 2003.

Overall, Maura Nespoli has extensive experience in sales, HR, strategy, and sustainability roles in various industries, including telecommunications, consulting, pharmaceuticals, and energy.

Maura Nespoli, GEMBA, completed a Global Executive MBA program at IE Business School from 2014 to 2015, focusing on strategy, marketing, finance, and general management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Cegos Business School in 1999. Maura also holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Economics, with a specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology, from Università degli Studi di Milano, completed from 1995 to 1999.
