Michele Cannone

Michele Cannone has extensive work experience in the field of internal audit. Michele started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2009, where they held the roles of Young Professional and Professional until 2012. Michele then joined PwC as a Senior Professional and later became a Senior Associate. In 2015, they transferred to PwC UK as an Audit Manager for a brief period before moving to PwC Italy as an Audit Manager in the same year. In 2016, Michele joined Prysmian Group as a Manager of Internal Audit. Michele was later promoted to Deputy Head of Internal Audit and currently holds the position of Group Internal Audit VP, starting in January 2021.

Michele Cannone obtained a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2018. They completed a Laurea specialistica degree in Scienze economico aziendali - indirizzo amministrazione e controllo from the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Michele completed a Laurea triennale degree in Economia e amministrazione delle imprese from the same university from 2005 to 2007.
