Paolo Leo

Paolo Leo's work experience includes a variety of roles and responsibilities in manufacturing and production management. Starting from 2023, they worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Prysmian Group, leading safety initiatives and implementing operational plans across multiple plant locations. Before that, from 2022 to 2023, they served as the General Manager North America at Surfaces Group, overseeing manufacturing assets and warehouse/distribution resources. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2022, they held various positions at Lincotek Surface Solutions, including General Manager, Plant Manager, and Production Manager, where they managed safety, operations, production budgets, and lean projects. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Praxair as a Production Manager and Technical Manager, focusing on safety, operations management, process improvements, and maintenance. Paolo also has experience working in project management at Nestlé and as a Design & Analyst Engineer at ATR Group. Their engineering background includes supporting the design and analysis of carbon fiber chassis and structural parts for Formula Racing Cars at ATR Group and Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 Team.

Paolo Leo obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completing their studies from 2000 to 2005.
