Estefania Santinelli is a seasoned technology recruiter with a robust background in psychology. Currently serving as a Technology Recruiter at PSh | Providing Digital Transformation since March 2022, Estefania manages the end-to-end recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers to drive strategy while enhancing candidate experience. Previously, Estefania held roles as a Technology Recruiter at AHRENS&ASOC HR CONSULTING and as a Freelance Recruiter, where responsibilities included headhunting and defining client hiring needs. Estefania’s foundation in psychology is supported by experience as a Psychologist in the Buenos Aires Health Ministry and with Obesity and Eating Disorders teams, complemented by a Licenciatura in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and a specialization in Gestalt Psychotherapy.
