Nichole Goodwin Straub is currently the Operations and HR Lead at Psivant Therapeutics. Previously, Nichole held roles at Pfizer and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, focusing on operations, finance, HR, and grant management. Nichole has extensive experience in budget management, compliance, staff development, and fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Additionally, Nichole has been involved in women's career empowerment initiatives and various administrative roles in different industries. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University.
