Matt Kramer's work experience began in 2000 when they worked as a Sales Associate at Hitachi High Technologies America. Matt was responsible for identifying prospects' needs and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions. Matt then transitioned to various roles at QIAGEN from 2003 to 2017, including Sales Development Manager, National Sales Manager, and Marketing Director. In these roles, they were involved in market analysis, sales coaching, and product launch plans. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Eastern Regional Sales Director at IMI Precision Engineering, where they managed a team of Key Account Managers and developed new sales channels. Matt then worked at Canon BioMedical as a Sr. Manager, Sales & Scientific Support in 2018, where they led the development of a start-up sales team. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a District Sales Manager at Agilent Technologies, where they focused on the diagnostics and genomics group. Matt then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2020 as a Senior District Manager. In 2022, they became the General Manager - East at Element Biosciences. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Genomic Services at Psomagen, which they started in 2023.
Matt Kramer earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh between 1995 and 2000. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. Later, between 2015 and 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
