Alexandra currently works at PSP Investments as a Senior Analyst, Geopolitical Risk, where they are responsible for building a geopolitical risk framework and process. Alexandra acts as a liaison between geopolitical risk service providers and assists deal teams with geopolitical risk issues. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Analyst, Government Affairs CIO Strategy and Governance at PSP Investments, where they advised on industrial and macroeconomic policy as it related to investments. Alexandra's earlier experience includes roles at FinDev Canada, where they served as an Associate Project Manager, leading the roll-out of the 2X Invest2Impact Business competition for women-owned SMEs in East Africa. Alexandra also worked as a Research Analyst and Project Coordinator in Development Finance at FinDev Canada, focusing on research and operational tasks.

Alexandra Prieur has a diverse education history. Alexandra started their academic journey by completing high school at Brentwood College School from 2005 to 2007. Alexandra then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Art History at McGill University from 2007 to 2012.
In 2010, Alexandra obtained a Diploma in Fashion Management from Parsons School of Design - The New School. Afterward, they attended the University of Calgary from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs.
Alexandra further enhanced their expertise in this field by pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Carleton University from 2017 to 2019.
In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained a certification in First Aid from Calgary First Aid in February 2012.
