Lina G.

Lina G. has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, starting with their role as a Room Division Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) from an unknown start date until 2015. Lina then moved on to Marriott International as an Operations Manager at W Montreal in 2016. In 2017, Lina joined Loews Hotels & Co as the Executive Director of Front Office at Bisha Hotel Toronto, which was a new hotel opening. Since 2019, Lina has been working at PSP Investments, initially as an Intern Analyst in Investment Administration from May to August 2019. Lina then transitioned to the role of an Analyst in Business Planning from September 2019 to April 2020. Lina was promoted to a Senior Analyst in Strategy & Corporate Development, a position they held from April 2020 to October 2021. Currently, Lina serves as the Manager of Strategic Planning at PSP Investments, starting from October 2021.

Lina recently enrolled in the Asset and Portfolio Management Certificate Program at Wharton Online in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a course in Managing Change, Conflict, and Communications at Schulich ExecEd in 2021.

Between 2018 and 2020, Lina pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. Their studies at UQAM were preceded by their completion of a DEC (Diploma of Collegial Studies) in Business Administration from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf.

In addition to their formal education, Lina has also acquired certifications in different areas. Lina obtained the "100 days Ambition Challenge" certification from L'effet A in July 2022. In 2017, they received a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
