What You Will Do…

In this role, you'll be an integral member of the Corporate Marketing team, which operates remotely as part of the broader Global Marketing department. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing and collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to bring market strategy to life through account-based programs and event marketing. This will drive brand excellence, customer engagement, and revenue opportunities in our Sales territories.

You will:

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create and gain alignment for go-to-market (GTM) plans. These plans include account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns as well as physical events and webinars, in alignment with larger corporate themes, strategic product releases and sales directives.

Execute all campaign and event tasks, such as theme and multi-channel content creation, budget and vendor management, ownership of the webinar/digital event platform, internal communication to all relevant stakeholders, setup and production of PSPDFKit events, timeline and deadline management. Manage campaign and event outreach including social media and emails, ensuring programs are integrated thoughtfully into marketing messaging and broader marketing campaigns.

Measure and communicate the impact of marketing activities by examining lead generation, conversion rates, customer growth, retention, and financial outcomes. Analyze campaigns and event ROI to measure performance, identify areas for ongoing improvement, and guide decisions on event investment.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Plan, build, execute and analyze Account Based Marketing campaigns, events and initiatives based on the approved sales strategy, working in alignment with the head of sales and with cross-functional marketing stakeholders.

  • Develop, execute, rollout and optimise campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, and product engagement, including via customer conferences, workshops, education and engagement tactics.

  • Support the building of an ABM motion internally, leveraging data from 6sense.

  • Brief and manage design teams to create content: sales materials, webinar content, event themes.

  • Collect and analyse data from campaigns and events to draw insights and identify solutions in order to optimise future activities.

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to execute and monitor campaigns.

  • Research and recommend new campaign tactics and approaches.

  • Manage multiple projects, confidently handling priorities and deadlines.

About You…

Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing, including campaign and event experience at B2B company highly desired.
  • Experience executing both digital and physical events ranging from small intimate gatherings to large industry events.
  • Experience with ABM and demand generation programs that support sales (content syndication, webinars, social platforms).
  • Experience using a variety of marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM - preferably Salesforce, Hubspot, 6sense and Goldcast.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to copywrite for email, web and social media content.
  • Confident, creative, self-motivated, and driven. Excellent project management capability and able to execute on time and within budget.
  • Critical thinker, data driven with an analytical mindset and excellent decision making skills.
  • Extremely well organized, able to drive multiple projects in parallel, balancing critical, strategic and creative thinking with quick tactical execution in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% travel US events/marketing activities required across EU and in the US.

Personal Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, and written/oral communications skills, a positive attitude, with extreme attention to details.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization as a remote contributor integral to team success.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English.

Some roles work a hybrid schedule in one of our offices in US, UK, France, and Austria.  To ensure overlap with most of the team across the US, Europe and Asia, we are looking for someone who will have a significant overlap with US and European working hours.  If working from the US, you must be located in Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Virginia for payroll processing.
