What You Will Do...

As a Technical Web Support Engineer you will work closely with customers and developers alike, assisting customers in using our products, resolving their requests, as well as writing code to help them achieve their solutions. Among this the main tasks are:

  • Take ownership of customer issues for our Web and Server products and see problems through to resolution.

  • Research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues, often in close communication with the development teams in internal bug tickets.

  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand their needs and determine how to solve their problems or provide them with a solution.

  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, often communicating with other teams, to provide the best experience.

  • Communicate and collaborate with Sales and PMs about feature requests, and help track them.

  • Add, refine, and improve support snippets and workflows.

About You...

Must have:

  • Good developer experience with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Vue,..)

  • Solid experience troubleshooting and debugging Web issues

  • Good familiarity with browser technologies

  • Have an excellent written communication style — you'll be handling many tickets yourself

  • Have a well-rounded approach to problem solving

  • Be collaborative and self-managing - You don't need hand-holding, and you are energized by exchanging ideas, both async and sync.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Docker and Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Familiarity with document processing and manipulation libraries or frameworks

  • Experience with Zendesk (or other CRMs) and JIRA

We are a globally distributed company with a mostly remote engineering team. Working time should overlap with most of the team across the US, Europe and Asia. If working from the US, you must be located in Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, or Virginia for payroll processing.
