Denisse Wray

Denisse Wray has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Denisse began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Generalist at Globe Motors. In 2002, they moved to Whirlpool Corporation as a Salary and Benefits Manager. In 2005, they were appointed as the Human Resources Director at HD Electronics Limited, where they were responsible for company start up, union contract negotiation in Mexico, and massive recruitment of personnel. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Country Human Resources Manager at Saxon Drilling (SLB), where they were responsible for Mexico operations and recruitment. From 2011 to 2017, they were an HR Manager at Cintas, where they managed turnover, payroll and benefits administration, and ensured compliance with legal obligations. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Mexico Foods, where they implemented company structure forms/policies and reduced turnover by 50%. Currently, they are the Human Resources and Payroll Director at PSS Industrial Group.

Denisse Wray obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad Valle del Bravo in 2002, having studied Labor and Industrial Relations since 1996.
