Kathy Montague has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Kathy started their career in 2002 at Shopko Stores Operating Co., LLC as an Audit Manager, where they implemented the Sarbanes Oxley Act and reported directly to the CFO. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Manager of Financial Reports, preparing internal and external financial reports for lenders, owners, and landlords. Kathy then took on the role of Assistant Controller-Financial Reporting and General Accounting, reporting to the Controller and briefly reporting directly to the CFO.

In 2010, Montague joined EdisonLearning as the Director of Financial Reporting, where they managed the general ledger closing process and was responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting. Currently, Montague is working at Safe Foods Corporation as the Director of Accounting.
