Emilija Ribarska has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emilija currently works as a Talent Specialist a.i. at Gelato, where they contribute to empowering the creator economy through local production and delivery of customized items. Prior to this, Emilija served as a Lead Tech Sourcer at Psyent, a consultancy and outsourcing company that applies psychological science in recruitment and talent management. Emilija has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Continuous Solutions, specializing in supporting start-up companies in scaling their engineering teams. Emilija gained experience in recruitment and consulting roles at Continuity Partners, People for Pharma, and Frontwise Group, where they focused on finding the best talent and making successful matches for various positions. Earlier in their career, Emilija worked as a Customer Care Representative at PetkovskiGROUP.
