Nada Lalchevska

Nada Lalchevska has a diverse work experience. Nada started their career at the National Democratic Institute (NDI) where they worked as a Program Assistant from October 2018 to May 2019. After that, they joined the Law Office Janev as a Legal Assistant, where they provided assistance in preparing for court cases and trials, ensuring all deadlines were met. In August 2022, they transitioned to Gelato as a Talent Specialist through Psyent, a consultancy and outsourcing company. Nada then moved on to Psyent itself in May 2023, where they initially worked as a Talent Sourcer and eventually took up the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Nada is currently working at Freespee as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, also through Psyent.

Nada Lalchevska holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Constitutional Law - Human Rights and Democracy from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. Nada also obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the same university. Nada has also completed various certifications related to recruiting and human resources through LinkedIn, including Recruiting Foundations, Talent Sourcing, Tech Recruiting Foundations, Technical Recruiting, Human Resources Foundations, Human Resources: Payroll, Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Management, Understanding Organizations and the Role of HR, Virtual Recruiting, and Virtual onboarding.
