Ratu Vera Nursanti

Ratu Vera Nursanti has accumulated diverse experience in the information technology and network support fields. Currently serving as a Reconciliation, Claim & Settlement Associate at PT Alto Network since April 2020, Ratu Vera specializes in bank report reconciliation, transaction monitoring, and data reporting. Previously, Ratu Vera held the role of Monitoring Support Staff, focusing on network troubleshooting and transaction management. Earlier career experiences include internships at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), Faculty of Humanities University Indonesia, and PT. Indocitra Logistics Express, where responsibilities ranged from network and hardware troubleshooting to software and cabling installations. Ratu Vera holds a degree in Computer Engineering from IPB University, completed in 2019.
