Bagus Harimawan

Bagus Harimawan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the human resources field. Their most recent role was as the Director of Human Resources at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Human Resources at the same company from June 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Commonwealth Bank Indonesia, Bagus worked at Bukalapak as the Chief of Talent & Facility Management from July 2019 to May 2020. Bagus also has extensive experience at HSBC, where they held the position of Vice President in various human resources roles from 2007 to 2010. Bagus has also held senior HR roles at Standard Chartered Bank, PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja (a member of the HSBC Group), Citi, ExxonMobil, and Philip Morris International.

Throughout their career, Bagus has been responsible for various aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations. Bagus has also been involved in strategic decision-making and oversight of HR programs and policies.

Bagus Harimawan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Brawijaya. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In January 2008, they received a Risk Management Certification from the Indonesia Risk Management Certification institution. Later, in May 2021, they obtained a Risk Management Certification Level 4 from LSPP Indonesia. Most recently, in December 2022, they obtained a General Manager Human Resources certification from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP).
