Nessie is currently the AVP of HR Governance, Control & Reporting at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia, where Nessie oversees risk and control aspects within the HRPFM directorate. Prior to this, Nessie held positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Citi, and ANZ, focusing on HR risk management, control, and compliance. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Nessie has a strong foundation in legal and business principles that Nessie applies to their work in HR.
