Elhazri Hasdian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of Project Delivery at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra). In addition, they are the President of PMP® Study Group 18 at PMI Indonesia Chapter. Elhazri has also worked as a Part-time Lecturer for Civil Engineering at Universitas Mercu Buana and CoFounder & Board of Commissioner at Al Amin Business Solution.

Furthermore, they have held positions at Telkomsel as a Senior PMO IT and at CAA Telecommunication as a Project Manager. Previously, Elhazri worked at Huawei Technologies as a Vice President Assistant and Project Manager. Elhazri started their career at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, where they held various roles including Auditor Management, Project Manager of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, and Quality Assurance in Network Planning & Assurance.

Additionally, Elhazri has experience in the field of Civil Engineering, having worked as a Civil Engineer at PT Infratech Indonesia. Overall, they bring a wealth of expertise in project management, telecommunications, and engineering to their current role.

Elhazri Hasdian's education history begins in 2000 when they completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. In the same year, they also obtained Diploma 3 degrees in Accounting from STAN, Jakarta, and in Electrical Engineering from STT Telkom, Bandung.

In 2008, Elhazri pursued their Master of Management degree from Universitas Mercu Buana, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management. Following this, in 2010, they attended PMIT Consulting for Project Management coursework.

In 2018, Elhazri returned to education and completed a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from Universitas Mercu Buana. In 2019, they attended PARAGON TOEFL TRAINING CENTRE for English course studies and eNetwoq ServIT Indonesia for Project Management Professional training.

Finally, in 2020, Elhazri furthered their education at Institut Teknologi Bandung, earning a Master of Engineering degree and a Master of Management degree.

Outside of their formal education, Elhazri has obtained several additional certifications. In 2020, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute. Elhazri also acquired certifications in Prince2 Agile Project Management, Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC), and a Microsoft Project certificate focused on Project Scheduling & Tracking. Additionally, in 2023, Elhazri completed online courses in data analytics from Coursera.
