Ghea Swastika

Ghea Swastika has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Ghea is currently the Head of General Business Development at PT PP (Persero) Tbk, a position they have held since July 2022. Previously, from July 2021 to September 2022, Swastika served as the President Commissioner at PT PP Tirta Madani. Prior to that, they worked as the Deputy Director at PT PP Tirta Riau from May 2022 to July 2022. From November 2019 to July 2022, Swastika was the Investment General Manager at PT PP INFRASTRUKTUR. Before that, they held the role of Business Development Manager at the same company from January 2017 to November 2019. Swastika began their career as a Business Analyst at PT. PP from September 2014 to January 2017. Ghea gained early experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Tusk Advisory Pte Ltd in December 2013 and January 2014.

Ghea Swastika completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2008 to 2011. Ghea then pursued a Master of Commerce degree in Finance, General at the University of Sydney from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Ghea Swastika obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2016, they completed a Corporate Valuation program at the Executive Learning Institute Prasetiya Mulya. In 2017, they attended a Leadership Program and a Directorship Program at PT Pertamina Training & Consulting. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a certification as an Integrated Management Systems Auditor from Lloyd's Register.
