Roni Setyawan

Chief Customer Support at Trakindo

Roni is Chief Customer Support to lead Supply Chain Management (parts & prime products), Service Excellence support, and all Component Rebuild Centers & Machine Rebuild Centers. Before being named Chief Customer Support in April 2021, he was entrusted to serve as Chief Supply Chain Officer since January 2014 and Chief Operating Officer in 2016. He holds a degree in business administration (magna cum laude) from Northeastern University, USA, and a master-of-science degree in transportation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA (1995). He started out in the shipping and inland transport distribution industries, and joined APL Logistics in 1997 as Operations Manager, before being promoted to Business Development Manager. This was followed by a stint as Senior Consultant to the Operations Management Group at Booz & Co.

In 2002, he joined Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT) Group as Business Development Manager for the logistics unit and dedicated his passion for 11 years working for CKB Logistics with last position as President Director, concurrently as Commissioner of PT Alfa Trans Raya and PT Baruna Dirga Dharma, both of which operate in the shipping industry.
