Pabitra Dash

Pabitra Dash currently serves as the Deputy Manager Training at Bharat Forge Ltd since April 2022, where responsibilities focus on training management. Prior to this role, Pabitra worked as a Senior Engineer in Learning and Management at TDK from May 2020 to January 2022, and as an Engineer In Training at Hero MotoCorp Ltd from February 2016 to May 2020. Earlier experience includes a position as an Engineer at the Central Tool Room & Training Centre from July 2014 to January 2016. Pabitra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, with studies ongoing from June 2023 to June 2026, and a Diploma in Tool and Die Manufacturing in Mechanical Engineering from the Central Tool Room and Training Centre, completed in 2014. High school education was attained at Sri Prakash Synergy School in India from June 2006 to May 2010.
