J.H. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy from 2004 to 2014. After leaving the navy, J.H. worked as an Office Manager at Walashek Industrial & Marine, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. They then joined KATERRA as a Resource Coordinator and Recruiting Manager, where they led the contingent staffing program and managed recruitment for domestic and international divisions. From 2018 onwards, J.H. served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Training at a construction firm, where they developed and implemented a national strategy for remote recruiting and training. Currently, J.H. is working as a Chief Operating Officer at PTG, where they handle daily business operations and personnel management on behalf of the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

J.H. started their education in 1999 at Becker College where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Services, General. They completed their undergraduate education in 2001. Later, in 2004, J.H. attended the Naval Undersea Medical Institute to obtain a Radiation Health Certificate in the field of Radiation Protection/Health Physics Technician. This certificate program lasted until 2006.
