Monica Chaudhry has a diverse work experience in the field of public health and research. Monica is currently serving as a COALESCE Fellow at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University since August 2022. Prior to this, Monica worked at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) from April 2017, holding various roles such as Research Scientist, Research Fellow, Senior Research Assistant, and Research Assistant. During their time at PHFI, they were involved in significant projects related to maternal and newborn health, health system quality assessment, and service delivery redesign. Monica also has experience as a Senior Lecturer at Divya Jyoti College of Dental Sciences from August 2016 to December 2016.

Monica Chaudhry's education history is as follows:

Monica Chaudhry completed their MDS degree in Public Health Dentistry from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a BDS degree from ITS Dental College, studying from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their degrees, Monica Chaudhry has pursued various additional certifications. Monica obtained a certification in Global Quality Maternal and Newborn Care from Coursera in November 2021. In May 2018, they completed the Good Clinical Practice Course and the Responsible Conduct of Research for Biomedical Investigators, both from CITI India. In April 2017, they obtained a certification in Research Ethics from the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI). In February 2017, they completed a certification in Nutrition and Chronic Disease Research Methods from the Centre for Chronic Disease Control. In January 2017, Monica Chaudhry pursued a certification in Quantitative Methods from Coursera Course Certificates. In addition, they obtained certifications in Data Management for Clinical Research from Coursera Course Certificates (November 2016), Diploma in Social Media Marketing from Shaw Academy (2016), Statistical Reasoning for Public Health 1: Estimation, Inference, & Interpretation from Coursera Course Certificates (April 2014), and Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials from Coursera Course Certificates (March 2014).
