Neloufer Tabassum

Neloufer Tabassum has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Neloufer co-founded Good Universe in 2015 and is currently involved in the company. Neloufer worked as a Social Scientist at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Social Protection Officer at HelpAge India from December 2020 to February 2022. From November 2018 to November 2019, they were a Center Manager at SAFA ngo. Neloufer also worked as a Field Executive at ITC Limited from March 2017 to March 2018. In 2016, they were a Project Manager at Aikarthya and performed tasks such as assigning and explaining programs to field workers. In their earlier work experience, they served as a Program Coordinator at Good Universe [NGO] from December 2015 to May 2016, a Project Associate at the Environment Protection Training & Research Institute (EPTRI) from August 2015 to January 2016, and a Counselor at VOICE 4 Girls in October 2015.

Neloufer Tabassum began their education at Govt Junior college, Miryalaguda from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their Intermediate in History, Economics, and Civics. Neloufer then attended Roda Mistry College of Social Work from 2013 to 2016, earning their Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued their master's in social work at Osmania University.
