Hailey McDowell

Hailey McDowell has a diverse work experience. Hailey began their career as an Intern for Youth and Family Ministries at Trinity Presbyterian Church in 2013. In 2015, they served as a Middle School Math Teacher through Teach for America at Imani Education Circle Charter. From 2016 to 2017, Hailey worked as a Benefits Outreach Specialist at Benefits Data Trust, before transitioning to the role of Workforce Coordinator until 2019. Hailey then joined Access Services as a Recruiting Assistant from 2019 to 2021 and later took on the role of Lifesharing Provider. Currently, Hailey is employed at Public Health Management Corporation as a Recruiter, starting in December 2021 and subsequently becoming the Lead Recruiter in March 2022.

Hailey McDowell completed their high school education at Covenant Christian Academy from 2007 to 2009. Hailey then attended Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School and obtained their high school diploma in 2010. After that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Youth Ministry at Eastern University from 2011 to 2015.
