Mallory Schloss

Mallory Schloss is a Senior Legal Counsel at Public.com since October 2021, where the focus is on facilitating an investing social network that allows members to own fractional shares and engage with a community of investors. Additionally, Mallory serves as a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for Deputy General Counsels. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel at Knotel from February 2019 to February 2021 and as a Real Estate Associate at Goulston & Storrs and Fried Frank between 2014 and 2018. Mallory began a legal career with a Summer Law Clerk position at Fried Frank and a Legal Intern role at Success Academy Charter Schools. Education includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan.
