Rafet Abdeljabbar

Rafet Abdeljabbar's work experience begins in 2012 as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International's OfficeTeam, where they specialized in placing highly skilled administrative professionals on a temporary and temporary-to-full-time basis. In 2013, Rafet joined the Public Preparatory Network, initially serving as the Director of Staff Recruitment. In this role, they established talent sourcing strategies and goals, collaborated with senior leadership to revise job descriptions and hiring processes, and strengthened relationships with education and non-profit organizations to source talent. Rafet then progressed to the position of Managing Director of Talent at Public Preparatory Network in July 2021, where they continue to contribute to the organization's sustainability.
