Chrl Christina McLoughlin

Christina McLoughlin, CHRL has extensive work experience in human resources. Christina is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Public Service Alliance of Canada. Prior to this, they held positions at various organizations such as Saint Paul University, Family Services Ottawa, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Throughout their career, they have held roles such as Director of Human Resources Services, Assistant Director of Human Resources, Manager, Senior Manager of Leadership Advisory Services, Acting Director, and Manager of Staffing and Recruitment. Christina'sexperience spans from 2010 to the present, demonstrating their expertise and commitment in the field of human resources.

Christina McLoughlin, CHRL completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Carleton University between 1990 and 1992. In 2012, they attended Queen's University and studied Human Resources Management and Services. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the School of Conflict Studies at Saint Paul University, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023. Prior to their time at Carleton University, Christina also completed a qualifying year at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1989 and 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree.
