Tanya Behrendt

Tanya Behrendt has a diverse work experience in recruitment and client relations. Tanya started their career as a Market Research Fieldworker at Die Woordfees University of Stellenbosch in 2015. Tanya then worked at Recruit Digital as a Digital Recruiter in the Marketing Recruitment Portfolio from January 2016 to November 2018, where they built a strong network of talented professionals and assisted startups and industry leaders in finding suitable candidates. Tanya then joined Salt as a Client Lead in Johannesburg from November 2018 to July 2019, focusing on new business development and client satisfaction.
