Jake Nimetz

Jake Nimetz currently serves as the Manager of the Member Contact Center at Publix Employees Federal Credit Union since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jake spent 15 years at Navy Federal Credit Union, where positions included Regional Manager of Branch Operations and Acting Vice President of Branch Operations, among others. Jake's early career included service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from February 2002 to February 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Change from Colorado Technical University, along with an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
