Charisse Berni

Charisse Berni is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Operations & Compliance at Puget Sound Energy since March 2013, Charisse leads a team focused on HR programs related to benefits, labor analysis, and HR information systems, and has successfully implemented the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Previously, Charisse held positions such as Sr. HR Advisor at Puget Sound Energy, Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs at Textron, and Manager of Human Resources at Cessna Aircraft Company. With a solid background in HR technology, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, Charisse also possesses significant project management experience from earlier roles at Textron and The Boeing Company. Charisse holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington.
