Will Chin

Will Chin is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience at Puget Sound Energy since 1985, currently serving as the Sr. Grid Modernization Strategy & Enablement Analyst, focusing on the integration of the Clean Energy Transformation Act into PSE's grid modernization initiatives. Previously, Will held the position of Energy Efficiency Outreach Manager for King County, facilitating community efforts to optimize energy use. Will's background includes roles in Energy Management, Electrical Distribution, Customer Service Engineering, and Power Quality. Additionally, Will has contributed as a Committee Member for the Mountains to Sound Greenway and previously worked as the District Outreach and Events Administrator at REI, managing community programs across eleven stores in Washington and Alaska.
