Paris McClusky has a strong background in environmental conservation and management. They began their career as a Staff Collective Member, Department Manager, and Local Products Committee Member at Olympia Food Co-op in 2013, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, Paris served as a Wetland Program Intern at the Washington State Department of Transportation. In 2019, they joined Conservation Northwest as a Citizen Wildlife Monitoring Project Intern. Currently, Paris is serving as the Executive Director at Puget Sound Estuarium.
Paris McClusky earned a Bachelor of Arts in European, American and ancient History/Cultural Studies from The Evergreen State College in 2008. They then went on to obtain a Master of Environmental Studies in Conservation Biology/Geographic Information Systems from the same institution in 2019.
