Anna Fàbrega R.roda

Anna Fàbrega R. Roda began their work experience in 2010 as an Associate in the Corporate M&A Department at Cuatrecasas. Anna provided legal advice for national and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and real estate transactions. Anna also handled corporate law and commercial contracts.

In 2016, Anna joined Puig as a Senior Lawyer, where they advised the US, Canada, Latam, and China subsidiaries and business units of the Puig beauty division on various topics such as logistics, distribution, and commercial and corporate legal matters. Anna also provided commercial legal counsel to the marketing teams of the beauty brands Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin, and Comme des Garçons. Additionally, they negotiated agreements to secure the required intellectual property rights for worldwide campaigns and handled license agreements.

Anna currently holds the position of Commercial Legal Director at Puig, starting in January 2023.

Anna Fàbrega R.Roda obtained a bilingual degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2004 to 2008. Anna also earned a Degree in Law from the same institution from 2006 to 2010.
