Chiara Galli has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Chiara started their career as an HR Intern at Citi in 2009 and then went on to work as an HR Intern at UniCredit in 2011. Chiara returned to Citi as an HR Generalist and HR Analyst in 2011, before transitioning to the role of EMEA Compensation Lead at Citi Private Bank in 2013. Later that year, they joined Vodafone as an HR Business Partner, where they stayed until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Puig as the Italy HR Manager, where they established a local HR function and led the implementation of people strategy.
