Chiara Galli

Chiara Galli has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Chiara started their career as an HR Intern at Citi in 2009 and then went on to work as an HR Intern at UniCredit in 2011. Chiara returned to Citi as an HR Generalist and HR Analyst in 2011, before transitioning to the role of EMEA Compensation Lead at Citi Private Bank in 2013. Later that year, they joined Vodafone as an HR Business Partner, where they stayed until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Puig as the Italy HR Manager, where they established a local HR function and led the implementation of people strategy. Chiara then served as the Iberia HR Director at Puig from 2019 to 2021. After that, they took on the role of HR Director - Puig UK from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of EMEA HR Director at Puig.

Chiara Galli has a Master's degree in Management for Arts, Culture, Media & Entertainment from Università Bocconi, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. In 2009, they participated in an exchange program at New York University, focusing on NGOs Management. Additionally, they had another exchange experience in 2008 at HEC Paris, specializing in European Studies. Chiara Galli completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economics & Management at Università Bocconi, graduating in 2008. Chiara also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) from Cambridge University, although the year of completion is not specified.
