Elena Rocco di Torrepadula has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elena began their career in 2010 with roles as a Production Intern at the LIVE Radio Show of the Kelly Writer's House and as a Gallery Assistant, Curatorial Intern & Exhibited Artist at the Project Space 240 Art Gallery. In 2011, they worked as an Editorial Intern at Condé Nast Traveller and later joined AUFI Limited as a Creative Liaison Manager in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, Elena served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. Elena'sexperience in the fragrance industry continued with different roles at L'Artisan Parfumeur, including Brand Executive, Trade Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Senior Global Marketing Manager. Elena then transitioned to Puig in 2015, where they progressed from Marketing Assistant to their current role as Head of Marketing APAC, overseeing the marketing activities for Penhaligon's & L'Artisan Parfumeur in the Asia-Pacific region.

Elena Rocco di Torrepadula earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Comparative Literature & Fine Arts Photography from the University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a French Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences Baccalauréat from Lycée Francais Charles de Gaulle from 1999 to 2009.
