Kathryn Dudsak

Kathryn Dudsak has extensive experience in payroll and benefits management. Kathryn started their career in Fast Retailing as an HR Services Administrator and later held roles as a Payroll Coordinator and Payroll Administrator. After that, they worked at New York & Company as a Payroll Administrator. Kathryn then joined Luxoft as an HR Administrator and later became a Senior HR Specialist/Payroll Lead and HR Administration Manager. In 2019, Kathryn joined Puig, DRIES VAN NOTEN, and Carolina Herrera as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, Senior Manager, and Director of Payroll & Benefits respectively. Their most recent role is Director of Payroll & Benefits at Puig, where they are currently employed.

Kathryn Dudsak obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2012. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Women's, Gender's, and Cultural Studies from the same university in 2012. In 2009, they also briefly studied Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
