Luis Escalera

Luis Escalera is a Field Engineer with experience at Pulice Construction, Inc., TxDOT, and The Morganti Group, Inc. Prior to that, Luis held positions as an Engineering Assistant at TxDOT and Project Engineer at The Morganti Group, Inc. Luis also worked as an Engineering Technician at the Texas Department of Transportation and interned at LOWER RIO GRANDE VALLEY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL CORPORATION INC. Luis obtained their education at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley from 2017 to 2021.
