Bharat Chavan

Bharat Chavan is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Punch since February 2021. Prior to this role, Bharat held the same position at Bounce. Bharat has extensive experience in recruitment strategy and team building, having successfully scaled teams in a short period of time. With a background in analytics and operations hiring, Bharat has also worked with renowned companies like Anheuser-Busch InBev and Mast Global. Educated at Goa University and XLRI Jamshedpur, Bharat has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
