Louise Gallant

Louise Gallant has a diverse and extensive work experience in the recruitment and hospitality industry. Louise is currently the Head of Publican and Management Partnerships Recruitment at Punch Pubs & Co, where they lead a team in recruiting business owners and entrepreneurs to run their pubs. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Marketing UK at Harri, where they focused on revolutionizing hospitality recruitment and employee on-boarding. Louise also has experience as the Founder & Director of Gallant Recruitment, where they specialized in recruiting top talent for the leisure, hospitality, and private households sectors. Louise has held various leadership positions in recruitment, including at The Talent Group (UK), The Jamie Oliver Group, PizzaExpress, and RM plc. Their expertise includes developing recruitment strategies, implementing recruitment technology, and building employer brands.

Louise Gallant attended Farnborough College of Technology from 1992 to 1994, where they earned an HND degree in Leisure Studies Arts & Entertainment. Additionally, in 2002 to 2003, they studied at the University of Portsmouth, focusing on the field of study in CIPD.
