Charles Thelitz

Charles Thelitz is currently the Technical Support Manager at Punchh, where Charles previously held positions as Technical Support Team Lead and Product Support Specialist. Prior to joining Punchh, Charles worked at AT&T for over a decade, serving in roles such as Senior Specialist Business Management and Senior Technical Support Specialist.
