Terry Erickson

Terry Erickson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Terry has held various leadership roles in different companies. Their most recent position was as the Senior Director of Technical Support at Punchh, Inc. where they focused on creating a positive work environment and streamlining support operations. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Support at Bucket.io, where they implemented customer engagement programs and managed support and success departments. Terry also served as the Vice President of Customer Success at ProjectManager.com, where they oversaw customer support and implemented a chat system. Before that, they worked as the Director of Premium Support at WP Engine, responsible for enterprise-level onboarding and technical support services. Terry's experience also includes serving as the Senior Director of Worldwide Technical Support at GFI Software, where they managed a global support team and implemented programs to boost productivity. Terry began their career at Vista Information Systems as a Network Administrator, Web Designer, and Project Manager, where they designed websites and managed domain accounts.

Terry Erickson has completed coursework in Computer Science at the University of West Florida. Additionally, they hold certifications as a USSF Certified Soccer Referee from the United States Soccer Federation, obtained in 2014, and as a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator 2003 with a focus on Security, obtained at an unknown date.
