Katie Bowden

Katie Bowden is a Senior Underwriter at PURE Insurance, specializing in distressed business, extreme coastal, and course of construction policies since May 2019. With a focus on new business underwriting, Katie has successfully developed broker relationships and exceeded premium and loss ratio goals in 2020. Prior to this role, Katie served as an Underwriter at Esurance, where responsibilities included evaluating policy applications and mentoring new underwriters, achieving a Quality Audit Score of 98.68 in 2018. Katie's career in the insurance industry began at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Sales Representative, where customer needs were identified and appropriate coverages were recommended.
