Jodine Mitchell is the current Manager of Human Resources at PureFacts Financial. Jodine has a long and successful history in management, strategic initiatives, and event management.

Jodine started their career as an Instructor in Events Management at Sheridan. Jodine quickly progressed in their field, becoming a Project Manager for the NBA All-Star 2016 event. After the NBA, Jodine went on to work as a Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Manulife. In this role, they managed international events and successfully streamlined processes and implemented a workplace capacity tracker.

In July 2019, Jodine became the Manager of People Operations at PureFacts Financial Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company. Jodine has successfully created amulti-event app meeting organization’s functional needs and company’s brand standards; negotiated $15K in cost savings.
