You are a Senior Project Manager with 6+ years' experience in services project/program delivery that has a passion for working with the latest technologies, loves to solve problems, is focused on delivering solutions that solve customers' business challenges, and thrive in a team environment. You will be the key to ensuring customer success and communication from one-time projects to ongoing services.

WHAT YOU DO:

Own the schedule, stakeholder relationships, and delivery outcomes of Purely Cloud projects Work with the engineering delivery teams on projects and communicate the Purely Cloud capabilities, roles and responsibilities to client teams Assist in the requirement gathering sessions with clients to learn business processes and recommend best practices for product implementation and integration with our product(s) Ensure the proper stakeholders from the Purely Cloud and Client teams are involved in the project at appropriate times and understand role requirements and key dependencies Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones and make project assignments Adhere to budgets, labor and cost accounting best practices and keep projects on track for successful completion within project specifications Identify and report project risk issues, and manage to resolve contract or issue escalations Ensure success of projects by managing and motivating team(s), addressing resource contention and shifting priorities Manage the deployment and updates for project-specific Microsoft Teams sites per customer as required Qualifications WHAT SETS YOU APART:

Prior experience in a Microsoft service delivery practice in a customer-facing position Project or technical expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace, Security, and Azure solution delivery Strong background in creating, maintaining and updating project plans, issue logs, risk assessments, and status reports Strong background in project change management and control Strong background in managing schedules, milestone success, and outcomes Attention to detail, organization, and excellent problem-solving skills Experience working with executive level customer stakeholders Exemplary written and verbal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently Proficient end-user skills in working with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and hybrid work environments Experience with Microsoft GCC/GCC High tenant and customer requirements a plus Strong sense of accountability and ownership; understand your role and accept individual responsibility for seeing a task through to its completion (end-to-end), understand when and how to escalate, take appropriate risk (avoid unnecessary risk) and understand impact of decisions NICE TO HAVE:

A PMI or related certification (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP) Familiarity with a sprint schedule and how it is executed Experience in managing technology development, deployment and integration projects with budgetary constraints, compliancy, and licensing requirements MSFT licensing knowledge would be a dream!
