Mark Baruzzi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology, intellectual property, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Purolator Inc. since 2015, Mark supports various departments and drafts and negotiates a range of agreements, including software licenses and corporate contracts. Previously, as General Counsel at Jonas Software, Mark managed legal matters across multiple countries and verticals, overseeing significant mergers and acquisitions and providing comprehensive corporate legal support. With a strong background in legislative compliance, risk mitigation, and contract negotiation, Mark has held key legal positions at organizations such as Professional Engineers of Ontario and CIT Financial Ltd., demonstrating exceptional capabilities in strategic planning and litigation management.
