Olivia Pittius

Olivia Pittius has over six years of experience in the Human Resources and Administrative fields. Olivia began their career in 2014 as a Civic Engagement Leader at the University of Rhode Island, where they were responsible for coordinating and facilitating service projects for the Freshmen. In 2015, they interned at Save The Bay - Narragansett Bay. From 2016-2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Assistant at Flansburgh Architects and as an Administrative Assistant at Elkus Manfredi Architects. In 2018, Olivia worked as an HR Assistant at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP, where they audited monthly employee benefit plan invoices and entered data into the firm's HRIS system. That same year, they also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Blueprint Medicines, where they partnered with recruiters and executive assistants to schedule candidate phone screens and interviews. From 2019-2022, they worked as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at Atrium and then as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Purple Carrot.

Olivia Pittius received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, History from the University of Rhode Island in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Sparta High School from 2007 to 2011.
