Kevin Nolen is an experienced construction and development professional with a strong background in retail expansion and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Construction and Development at Purple since January 2022, Kevin has previously held significant roles such as Strategic Operations Manager at Rivian and Director of New Store Development at b8ta. With a track record of successfully managing end-to-end store expansions, Kevin's notable achievements include implementing scalable processes at Z Gallerie to facilitate rapid store openings while reducing construction costs and opening physical stores for Nasty Gal. A graduate of Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in directing construction projects and facilities management across various organizations.
