Hannah Bratterud

Hannah Bratterud has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Hannah is currently working as the Principal at Purpose & Performance Group, a performance development agency where the team believes in the courage of individuals and strives to live and work with purpose every day. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Consultant at Purpose & Performance Group.

Before joining Purpose & Performance Group, Hannah founded and worked as the Principal at Multiplier Consulting Group, a company dedicated to helping companies achieve stronger sales results and build better teams through cultivating a culture of inclusion and collaboration.

Hannah's work experience also includes roles at Level 3 Communications, where they worked as the Sales Academy Program Manager and Talent Management Consultant in Sales Training. Hannah also served as an Account Manager at Level 3 Communications.

Before joining Level 3 Communications, Hannah held the position of Director of Account Management & Client Services at Astra Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Redmond Leadership Institute as the Office Manager.

Hannah's earlier work experience includes working as an Office Manager at Villa*One Corp and as a Recruiter at Oral Roberts University. Throughout their career, they have gained valuable expertise in leadership, sales training, talent management, and client services.

Hannah Bratterud earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational/Interpersonal Communication from Oral Roberts University, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Hannah later pursued Graduate Studies in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Oklahoma from 2011 to 2014. Prior to their enrollment at the University of Oklahoma, they had completed Language Studies at Tulsa Community College from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Hannah Bratterud obtained a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute in April 2019.
