Andrea Arroyo

Andrea Arroyo currently serves as the Vice President of Network Member Success at Purpose Built Communities, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea held various leadership positions, including Director of Network Culture & Engagement at Education Leaders of Color from March 2022 to November 2023 and Deputy Director at Urban Recipe from August 2020 to March 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Community Engagement at Purpose Built Schools, Vice President of Policy and Advocacy at the Georgia Charter Schools Association, and Director of New Site Development and Community Engagement at Citizens of the World Charter Schools. Andrea's earlier roles encompass Director of Grants/Consultant at LA's Promise, Managing Director of District & School Partnerships at Teach For America, Senior Associate at Keyser Marston Associates, and Senior Analyst at Rosenow Spevacek Group. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California (2003-2005) and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Sociology from Pitzer College (1991-1995).
